Between an artist and a joker, I’m definitely the second. Why? Cause every time I’ve tried to create serious art, the letter “f” appears in the beginning of the word, screwing my artistic intentions. In other worlds, I see the funny side of things. Apparently I’m not an artist

Humor has always been a part of my life, a key to my inspiration and I want it to be part of my photographic world also. This habit of distinguishing the comic, bizarre and ironic things going on in my everyday life, has been cultivated for years. Shooting together with my pals was the best practice (or the best way to accuse us of being a bunch of wankers!) But who cares…  I always find joy in taking photos of my friends or any other who doesn’t take himself too seriously. So, instead of trying to resolve the real meaning of art, I prefer to stick to Oscar Wilde’s words: “Art is the only serious thing in the world. And the artist is the only person who is never serious.” There is hope after all!
